Fruit is very good for daily consumption. Recognize good and bad content in the fruit before eating it. Check! :D

Strawberries
Good: Rich in folate and vitamin C, potassium, this fruit is known for low fat and low cholesterol.
Bad: The amount of calories contained in this fruit comes from sugar.

Banana :xoxo:
Good: trytophan content in the banana producing hormone serotonin, which can generate energy and good feelings within you.
Bad: Unfortunately, carbohydrate and sugar content is very high.

Kiwi
Good: vitamin C content was perfect. Reducing the risk of heart disease.
Bad: the fiber content is very high, causing frequent stools for your sensitive digestion.
