ternyata masih ada aja kesalahan dietQ,hiks2,ya untung ada mang goggle yang selalu update berita apapun di inet.jadi ngga usah ribet2 lagi deh search kemana2.btw ini dia kesalah2an dalam DIET@,semoga banyak manfaatnya artikel diet ini terutama buatQ….he he he secara lagi giat2nya diet dan olah raga nih,biar nih badan rada slim aja hihihi….

1. Breakfast spacing

2. Excessive fat-free foods

4. Choosing than apple juice or orange

5. Restrict calorie consumption
The average body needs 1200 to 1500 calories per day to function. If done tightening of calories, your metabolism slows down resulting in health problems like anemia.
